Peter Chamas was named in the Top New Jersey Settlements of 2015 for his $1,000,000 settlement of a motor vehicle accident. It was the top settlement in one of the motor vehicle categories as reported by the New Jersey Law Journal.
A woman who was involved in a motorcycle accident settled her Middlesex County suit for $1 million in May of 2015. She was injured while riding in Middlesex County when she collided with a pickup truck being backed out of a driveway. The plaintiff required multiple surgeries as she suffered fractures to her pelvis, arms, and facial bones. She has no memory of the collision and will permanently have pain and limitation in both arms.
