James Pagliuca recovered $550,000 from a homeowner’s insurance policy for a young woman who was injured after a tree fell in Middlesex County, NJ, knocking her to the ground. As a result of the falling tree, the young woman sustained injuries to her lower back.
Mr. Pagliuca, who has represented many clients who have been injured by falling trees, presented evidence that the tree was not properly maintained and should have been removed years prior to the accident. Both parties agreed to settle the lawsuit in January of 2022. Mr. Pagliuca is a partner at the firm Gill & Chamas in Woodbridge, NJ.
