Robert J. Adinolfi is a Partner in Gill & Chamas’ Personal Injury Practice and chair of the firm’s Medical Malpractice group, centrally located in Howell, New Jersey. Mr. Adinolfi concentrates his practice in all areas of Malpractice, be it physician, nursing, hospital or nursing home negligence.
Mr. Adinolfi has obtained verdicts resulting in multi-million dollar awards for his clients, and has made numerous insurance companies succumb to his tactics, providing injured victims with numerous settlements in excess of tens of millions of dollars throughout his career.
Mr. Adinolfi has served as co-chairman of the St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital Board of Directors, where he honed his expertise at learning the intricacies of Hospital and Nursing Home practice. He has turned those learned experiences into positive results for his clients.
For several years Mr. Adinolfi has been mentioned in the top settlements and/or verdicts throughout the State of New Jersey, and carries with him the distinguished honor of being identified as one of the State’s top young attorneys as named in New Jersey Monthly Magazine’s list of Super Lawyers**. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New Jersey.
Mr. Adinolf graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, Magna Cum Laude. He is a Henry Rutgers’s Scholar in the field of historical research, and has been recognized by the National Historical Honor’s Society for his work as an undergraduate.
Mr. Adinolfi is a member of Phi Alpha Theta, National Historical Honor’s Society, and Golden Key National Honor Society. In his graduate studies Mr. Adinolfi attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he earned a Centennial Scholarship for all years attended.
He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court as well as the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He has Appellate Decisions, most notably for his multi-million dollar verdict in the matter of Staffa v. Moore’s Bar, where Mr. Adinolfi obtained yet another multi-million dollar verdict in a case where the plaintiff was over-served alcohol and suffered life altering injuries from a motor vehicle accident.
Previously, Mr. Adinolfi was a shareholder at Princeton’s Pellettieri, Rabstein and Altman, having moved his successful practice to Gill and Chamas to serve New Jersey’s most injured victims of Malpractice as of September, 2012. Prior to entering the practice of law Mr. Adinolfi operated as a small business, self-employed entrepreneur.
Born and raised in East Brunswick, New Jersey, Mr. Adinolfi resides closely in Pennsylvania and lives with his wife Katie and two daughters, Bridget and Abigail. His hobbies include being with his family, golf, swimming, fishing, skiing and reading.
