A woman who was involved in a motorcycle accident settled her Middlesex County suit for $1 million last month. She was injured while riding in Middlesex County when she collided with a pickup truck being backed out of a driveway. The plaintiff required multiple surgeries as she suffered fractures to her pelvis, arms, and facial bones. She has no memory of the collision and will permanently have pain and limitation in both arms.
The lawsuit was settled on the first day of trial before Superior Court Judge Andrea Carter. Peter Chamas of Gill & Chamas in Woodbridge, NJ represented the plaintiff along with William Bock.
