A Woodbridge man accepted a $4 Million settlement of his Middlesex County suit over injuries he suffered when his motorcycle collided with a truck. The plaintiff was driving on Parsonage Road in Edison on June 26, 2007 when the truck turned left in front of him. Unable to stop, the plaintiff hit the truck and was thrown 10 to 15 feet. The plaintiff suffered a pelvic fracture, a broken left wrist, multiple breaks in his jaw, left- foot injuries, a groin hernia, says his motorcycle lawyer, Raymond A. Gill of Gill & Chamas in Woodbridge.
The plaintiff underwent several surgeries but, now 30, suffers from permanent injuries and must lead a sedentary lifestyle. It is also unlikely he will be able to naturally father children.
