Raymond Gill III recovered $900,000 for a 66-year-old man from Monmouth County, NJ, who slipped and fell on black ice outside of his apartment. He suffered injuries to his neck that required surgery.
The lawsuit named two defendants: the condo association and the company who they contracted for snow and ice removal. That company mistakenly believed that the property location had entered a thaw cycle and did not require any services. The parties agreed to settle the case earlier this year.
