Two motorcyclists hurt in a collision caused by a wandering horse accepted $4.275 Million to settle a Middlesex County suit. On May 16, 2004 on Route 537 in North Hanover, a car swerving to avoid the horse in the roadway, hit an oncoming motorcycle driven by the plaintiff. The plaintiff then 56, fractured his left arm. His wife the passenger, then 59, lost her left leg above the knee. The plaintiffs were represented by motorcycle injury lawyer Raymond Gill of Gill & Chamas in Woodbridge.
