Max J. Stagliano and Raymond A. Gill III of Gill & Chamas in Woodbridge, NJ received a $3.5 million jury verdict for their injured client. She suffered exacerbation of pre-existing spinal column injuries when her car was rear-ended at an intersection in Mercer County.
The police report showed that in July of 2016 the injured plaintiff was rear-ended while waiting for a pedestrian to cross in front of her vehicle in Lawrence Township. She suffered exacerbation of pre-existing neck, mid back, low back, and left shoulder conditions, which gave rise to pain management procedures. Her neck, back, and shoulder conditions were sustained in an unrelated 2013 motor vehicle accident.
The jury awarded $2,500,000 for pain, suffering, disabilities, and loss of enjoyment of life, $100,000 for past lost wages, and $900,000 for future lost wages.
