William Bock of Gill & Chamas recovered $1,350,000 for a man who was involved in an auto accident after another vehicle ran a red light. The collision occurred on Route 1 when another vehicle crashed into the driver’s side of the plaintiff’s (Mr. A) car. As a result, Mr. A suffered knee and lower leg injuries.
Mr. A, a middle-aged male, suffered a fracture to his tibia and fibula which required an open reduction and internal fixation surgery to his left leg. He also suffered rib fractures and other chest injuries.
The Middlesex County lawsuit was settled between parties earlier this year.
